Return & Exchange Policy
Obsession Hair Studio
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchase. Because hair extensions, wigs, and related hair products are considered hygienic goods, they cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy protects the health and safety of all of our customers and ensures that every product you receive from us is brand new and untouched.
By completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Exchanges
We want you to love your hair. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges subject to the conditions below:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unaltered condition: unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and free of any products (oils, sprays, etc.).
- All original packaging, tags, ties, and bundles must be fully intact. Hair that has been removed from its tie or weft cannot be exchanged.
- Items will be inspected upon receipt. Any item that shows signs of wear, installation, tampering, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Exchanges are issued for product of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. No cash, credit, or refund will be issued for any difference in value if a lower-priced item is selected.
- Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange. Exchanged items are final sale and not eligible for further exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including return shipping to us and outbound shipping of the replacement item. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at Elizabeth.Owner@TheObsessionHairStudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once your item is received and passes inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at Elizabeth.Owner@TheObsessionHairStudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right by sending a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification once placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at Elizabeth.Owner@TheObsessionHairStudio.com — we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot cancel or modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase covered by this policy, without first contacting us to resolve the issue, may result in the suspension of your account and refusal of future orders.
